I can understand the concern for lump on lower abdomen after a dog bite in your fiance.
After reading the query it appears to be simple soft tissue of the lower abdomen. It is quite common phenomenon to have healing with this type of appearance.
I advise you to not pinch or pop the area otherwise these areas are very prone for getting secondary infection. For time being period you can apply antibiotic cream such as fucidin or mupirocin and take NSAIDS tablet such as paracetamol or diclofenac. Do not try to even touch or pinch the area as can cause more aggravation of the problem.
You should preferably meet a doctor who can examine your fiance physically and provide the best treatment.
Take care.
