Hi happy new year...
Thanks for contacting HCM...
Noted you have both malaria and typhoid...
In such infection and fever itselft can lead headache by inflammatory mediators....
In typhoid you can have
diarrhea and so by loss of excess fluid in diarrhea it can lead
hyponatremia or metabolic disturbance by lost electrolyte....
So hydration maintained in typhoid.
If this is suspected according to examination then
arterial blood gas analysis or electrolyte estimation might done....
After recovery now if you have viral infection then it can lead headache as constitutional symptoms...
If your infection not cleared and persistent fever and
abdominal pain then metastatic brain involvement of infection also can lead headache.
Consult physician for proper examination and accordingly investigation....
Meanwhile simple
analgesic can taken to relieve headache.
Local massage , yoga , muscle relaxation will helpful.
Local lavender oil application can be helpful.
Take care.
