I had a baby 3 months ago via C section and also a sterilisation that same time, i recently started feeling very weak and tired to a point i just lay where i lay, i have daily headache and 3days ago my stools have become green and somewhat mucusy. Im breastfeeding and havent had 1 period since the birth of my 3rd child. Im 28yrs old and dont want to feel so weak and tired any more is something wrong with me? I had bordeline gestational diabetes but seems to have cleared up at the end of the pregnancy, i used to weigh 76kg before baby i now weigh 105kg and dont even eat much what can it be.
