What Is The Reason For Milk Discharge From My Nipples ?

at first there was a guilt in my breasts then it dissolved itself nd there is milk discharge from my both nipples. what is the reason? is it serius? is it related to sex conversion? can i become a boy?

No you are not becoming a boy.This is due to hormonal problems.You should see your doctor to rule out infection and also test for high prolactin levels.
