What Is The Reason For Pain In Lower Back After Coughing?

hello today early in the morning i coughed... i was standing and it knocked me over my lower back has been killing me all day... im not even sick wasnt a coughing fit just one cough.. and it is the worst pain i have ever felt i can hardly move at all

Pain in lower back after cough might be because of the muscle spasm due to cough. Pain will be sharp . Pain killers like diclofenac and paracetamol will relieve pain, apply hot compression in pain area, and muscle relaxant may be necessary if pain not relieved .
