What Is The Reason For Pain In Lower Stomach, Frequent Urination And Negative Pregnancy Tests?

hi i keep getting pains in my lower of the belly and keep weeing a lot more than i am but i do have a overactive bladder too but its getting worse also i keep feeling sick in the mornings. iv done pregncey tests loads of times and they all come back negative please help me.

The symptoms that you are having could be due to a urinary tract infection. This can be detected with a simple urine test. Since the pregnancy tests are negative, you will have your periods soon.
