What Is The Reason For Passing Red Tinted Stools After Eating Beef And Having Lactose Intolerance And Gall Bladder Removal Surgery Previously?

I have noticed that the few times I eat beef over the course of a month, the next few stools seem to have enough red blood in them to tint the toilet water. Otherwise the stools appear normal in color, and feel of normal solidity when passing them. The only other digestive issues I have/had is lactose intolerance (which I take lactose for), and my gall bladder was removed several years ago (stones/infected).

Hi...you may be having early hemorrhoids... better show to a surgeon for a proctoscopy...or you may avoid beef...
