What Is The Reason For Penis Going Down When I Am Not Concentrating ?

Hi there , I am a male 26 years old and many times when i have sex with my girlfriend my penis goes down because I am not totally concentrated on her. after a couple of minutes we keep kissing and its goes up again. I also dont come often. how would you explain this?

It is more or less psychological.
Before doing sex you go for foreplay like verbal talking,fantasy,kissing,pushing.
This will give you strong excitement resulting full erection,do not divert your attention on other things,you will have best performance.
