What Is The Reason For Post Accidental Tingling Body Pain?
Hello, I had an auto accident about a year ago, since then I have been experiencing a tingling sensation in upper back that is painful at time. rececently I ve also developed swelling in my left knee as was the same tingling sensation throughout my leg. Any idea what could be causing this. your response is appreciated...Thanks
Thanks for asking at Healthcare magic. I read your question and I understand your concern. Tingling sensation in back with pain in leg means there is minor disc prolapse that impinged nerve roots coming out of spinal cord. All that you have to do is to start pain killers like Advil with 2 glasses of water, neuropathic pain medication like pregabalin and topical pain killer like voltral emulgel. Do regular back muscle excersizes, aerobic excersize, decrease weight. Avoid weight lifting, abnormal posture. if problem still persist after two weeks of treatment then for Spine MRI to gauge the abnormality and consult neurosurgeon if there was significant abnormality. Hope it helps best. Take your best Care. Don't forget to rate this answer and close the discussion at Healthcare Magic. Regards Dr Ejaz
