Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

I am suspecting abscesses in axillary region in your case. These are nothing but collection of pus and blood due to bacterial infection caused by staphylococcus aureus. Armpits are more prone to infection if personal hygiene is not maintained. These regions are moist and facilitate growth of organisms. Abscesses can occur again and again if not drained completely and if appropriate therapy is not taken. I suggest you get the swelling drained completely by a GP nearby you and take a full course of antibiotics to prevent recurrence. Please maintain personal hygiene and keep your armpits clean and dry. Thanks.
