What Is The Reason For Redness In Foreskin, Pain In The End Of Urethra, Tip Of The Penis During Urination?
I have redness on the inner aspect of my foreskin and pain at the end of my urethra which radiates to involve the underside of the glans. There is associated ian at the tip of the penis during urination. There are no ulcers or other lesions. I have not been sexually active for 6 months

From history it seems that you might be having Bellano-prostitis.
Due to collection of smegma under fore skin and not cleaning daily will lead to infection.
Clean the part averting fore skin and apply antibiotic cream.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
After you become alright, make a habit of cleaning the smegma by averting foreskin daily while taking bath.
Ok and take care.
