What Is The Reason For Saliva To Be Brown In Color?
I've been having flu-like symptoms; i.e. Fever, swollen glands, sore throat, night sweats and severe headaches. Last night I found that my saliva was a brownish tint when I went to spit out he excess saliva. How come my saliva is brown? Is it something serious?
Hi, From history it seems that you might be having acute throat infection giving rise to congestion leading to some blood stained spitting. Consult your doctor and get examined. A course of antibiotic medicine may require. Do salt water gargles. Ok and take care.
