hi
your pain suggests anything from gastritis to ischaemic pain. it means pain occuring when a part of the bowel has reduced blood supply and gets less oxygen. but to know whats wrong, i would like to know the position where it hurts. if its lower right sided, could mean appendicitis, central could just mean gastritis or just spasmodic. next time you get this pain i would suggest you to take a tab rantac and see if it subsides.
