What Is The Reason For The Soul Smelling Diarrhea Green Colored And Also Having Pain In Kidneys?

i have diarrhea that is was green but now its black
ive had a pain in my mid abdomen and ive had it since 3 days ago, when the diarrhea started it was green at frist with a bad smell the second day it was still green with no smell and i started taking pepto bismol to see if that helps which it dose slightly, but now my stool is black with no smell at all as well as i have been having some kidney pains as long as this as been going on. i cant eat more then half a slice of bread without feeling full

along with a cbc kft lft and pt/inr

black stools portend a gi bleed
get this tested urgently
u may need urgent admission and treatment

meanwhile start tab pantoprazole 40 twice daily
and avoid pain killers
