my husband is having few white/yellowish painless lumps on the skin of the scrotum . Is it something very serious

hello,
you should see get your husband to see a doctor to rule out sebaceous cyst,folliculitis and stds .If it painless then sebaceous cyst seems more likely but only examination will confirm it.Nothing much to worry about as treatment is simple.But stds also need to be ruled out.
