What Is The Reason Of Having Left Lymph Node Being Larger Than Right?

My left lymph node is larger than my right. Left seems size of nickel or maybe a quarter and right side is size of a dime. It has been this way for bout a month maybe a little longer. I had blood work done to look at thyroid and other problems they may have found from blood work. It all came back normal?

Thanks for writing
Lymph node place and size both are important to decide whether it is significant or not .
If it is significant you can get a biopsy done to know the pathology blood work is not investigation of choice
