Thank you for the query.
From the history that you have provided, your father is presently 65 yrs old, complaining of abdominal pain, dizziness and loss of consciousness. He is also addicted to coffee. I would like to know whether he has any other problems like high blood pressure or diabetes
He can have a problem of peptic ulcer disease (abdominal pain after eating).A patient with bleeding from any ulcer can present with symptoms that you have written. However, it is difficult to say without examining the patient. I would advise you get his hemoglobin levels and a 12 lead ECG done immediately and keep a check on is stool colour (black/maroon/red). His blood pressure and heart rate needs to monitored. He definitely, needs to reduce his coffee intake.
Any abnormality in Hemoglobin level or ECG needs to be dealt with accordingly. I would suggest you to consult a physician as soon as possible. Abdominal imaging like USG may be needed. To rule out any lesions in the stomach, an endoscopy may be needed.
