What Is The Reason Of Stains Of Blood In Bowels?

Hi, I rode the stationary bike for exercise for about 2 hours with potty breaks. I also drank ALOT of water. Anyway, when I used the toilet for the last time, I ve noticed that I was spotting blood. It was light weight but almost similar to a first day period. Why did that happen? I ve been off my period for 2 weeks now.

I suppose that you are talking about blood in stools. The most common cause is to have Piles. Some veins become prominent at anal verge and they bleed at time of defecation.
Piles are developed because of Constipation mainly or may be familial.
First correct your constipation.
Also consult a surgeon or gastroenterologist for lower GI Endiscopy to find out the cause.
Also go for blood checkup for reduced platelets etc.
