My mother (57 years old) had a stroke exactly 1 year ago, and then had another yesterday. She is still talking but the one side of her face is drooping and she has difficulty walking. Will she recover from this stroke, and what is the likelihood of her having another stroke soon?
HI Well come to HCM I can understand your concern, the underlying cause to stroke is more concern and this need to be controlled or managed properly, to avoid the stroke again in most of the cases the risk factor are Hypertension and diabetes, these need to be controlled very well, if this is done then there wont be any further stroke, if there is cerebral pathology it self is responsible for this then this need to be found out, tale care.
