What Is The Recovery Time To Resume Normal Activity Post Total Knee Replacement?

hi , I had tkr 6 weeks ago , not going too bad as I have back problems , so I take it easy , is it safe and ok to ride an exercise bike just for a min 3 times a day or are the rehab exercises enough I am 73 years young , and I need the other knee done , so I am a bit weak .thankyou bev .
