What Is The Red Itchy Rash On My Penis?
I had Chlamydia and took the Antibiotics but still have some discharge when I push on the Urethra. I have a red itchy rash on my body too that covers a little bit of my penis. I think this is just Psoriasis but perhaps it has something to do with an STD?

Since you have suffered from Chlamydia infection in the past, there is possibility that the discharge that you are experiencing now is due to Chlamydia infection.
Examination of the discharge is required to look for any infection in the discharge.
Serological tests are required for Chlamydia infection.
Thus, get serological tests for Chlamydia infection and thus further treatment for the infection.
Red itchy rash on body and penis could be a manifestation of STD or it could be due to psoriasis.
You need to consult a dermatologist to rule out psoriasis.
