What Is The Red Rash With Severe Odor To It Under My Armpit?

I have a red rashy kinda thing under both armpits, i couldnt get to it well so i shaved my armpits. Well, i thought my armpits were just stinking because of acsess swet but the oder is worse now that ive shaved my hair. Not only that where the rash is there is kinda a wet substance.
