What Is The Remedy For A Purple Knot On The Head After An Injury?
2 year old fell off couch about 30 min ago onto head (hardwood floors) Big purple knot on forehead. Dark dark circles under eyes. Since she fell she is staggering and balance seems off. Should I take her to ER or not. She s not crying or does not seem in pain. Worried grandma.

Those are normal changes after trauma.
As the baby is ok (not crying) I don't see reason for alarm,
anyway it is safe to undertake a brain CT scan to exlude hemorrhage!
It is not urgent but if other symptoms are present in the following days you should consult your neurologist!
