What Is The Remedy For A Stiff And Painful Finger After An Injury?

Hi I banged banged my finger inside of my refrigerator 5 days ago& it still is in pain. Lightly swollen but I also work with my hands for work. No discoloration or anything. Just feels like I have arthritis in it now. Stiff & hurts to bend but I do it anyway

I hope,your injury is not associated with fracture,meanwhile,do ice fomentation,limb elevation,pain killer tablets.If not relieve of pain consult your nearby doctor.
