What Is The Remedy For Back Pain Caused By Hydronephrosis?

Hi, Good Morning... I am a 32yr old female from India. I am suffering from Hydronephrosis due to PUJ obstruction in my Right Kidney. My back pain is getting worsened and worsened. What would be the remedy for this. I am 154cms of height and 68 kilos of weight. I am not diabetic or I do not have blood pressure. But I am Hypocalcemic. I had low calcium level attacks almost 7 times. Please suggest me the further action to be taken

Dear friend, keeping in mind your profile I think you shold go for operation to remove the obstruction.because has caused this hydronephrosis,so any further irrational delay would only cause further damage to the kidney.PUJ obstruction clntinuously causes pain in tbe back,renal failure,hemovascular alteration leading to change in blood pressure and components of blood.but nephrectomy or removing the kidney will stop the disease process.
