What Is The Remedy For Chest Pain And Shortness Of Breath While Walking?
I've been passing out for three weeks now. Been to ER. cardiologist PCP? Echo shows collapsed inferior vena cava. But cardiologists said drink water and it the passing out will go away. Hasn't. Pcp saids I'm faking it. Chest pains short of breath when doing any walking up stairs or exercise. Feel like no one cares.

From the symptoms you have mentioned you have to rule out anemia ( low level of blood)
You have to do chest xray , ecg, to be done
I would suggest go n get reviewed by a physician for a proper check up
