I HAVE A FRIEND THAT IS 66 AND IS HAVING A HARD TIME WALKING. HIS LEGS ARE GETTING WEAKER AND THEY ARE NUMB AND COLD. HE WAS JUST REMOVED FROM BLOOD THINNER DUE TO BRAIN BLEEDS. I KNOW HE HAS BAD VEINS AND HAS STARTED RIDING AS EXERCISE BIKE. ANY IDEAS TO HELP CIRCULATION WHICH I BELIEVE TO BE THE PROBLEM?
cycling helps too, he can start walking initially at home and gradually increase distance of walking. he can take some calcium tabs. he can to some leg exercises. he has to remove that feeling from his head that he can not walk. when some is bedridden for more than a week, this is quite common
