What Is The Remedy For Dizziness With Tiredness And Nausea?

hi i m worried lately I have been feeling sick: light headed, dizziness, tired, craving foods, nauseas, the weirdest thing, I feel something inside my stomach, on my left side I get a bumb and if that bumb moves toward my rib on my left side I get pain I had my tubes tight on October 16,2012 but all my symptoms are like if I was pregnant just yesterday I went to the E.R. Room and they only did the urinary test but the doctor told me that the bumb I get on my left side was impossible cause we didn t have anything on our left side can you help me to figure out whats going on with me please im really desperate to know

Failure of tubectomy is not uncommon. Better to go for pregnancy test. If negative then pyloric stenosis is to be ruled out. Ultrasound examination of abdomen can be done. With all the test proper diagnosis can be done.Treatment will be proper done.
