What Is The Remedy For Drowsiness And Headache?
RESPECTED SIR;
I am having A kind of problem which occurs during only in winter season. my prob are having head ache,kind of drowsiness only in morning. the drowsiness islike ear blokage but i can able to hear and not a kind of sleep tired. i consulted Dr.Periyasamy in cbe, his findings was kind of allergy. i take azithromycin 250 morning & night for one week the prob get relieved& i took CT scan also, it result was left maxillary sinus shows tiny polyp. i want to know whats that drowsiness. it makes me not to think properly,cant able to work concentratly, cant able to drive vehicle, even while road crossing.

Your problem seems to be neurological and is not related to the sinus or ENT issues. You would benefit from consulting a neurologist.
We need to exclude a diagnosis of partial seizures. For final confirmation, MRI brain and EEG may be required.
