What Is The Remedy For Elevated Liver Enzymes?

Liver enzymes were over 600 two weeks ago after being on sulfasalazine for two weeks for RA. Now my alt is down to 147 but my ast is going up and is 80. I feel fine with the usual joint pain and fatigue - but nothing new. Should I be concerned?
