Hi and Welcome to HCM,

My suggestion is to use Nebulizer or Asthalein inhaler. When she has fast breathing take Decadron and Deriphyllin injection. Did you take ECG. Is she hypertensive. Let her have a chest x-ray. Does she has any chronic health disorders? CT scan is advised to rule out any mass lesions. Complete hemogram lab study is necessary to rule out anemia. Is she obese? Nothing to worry it can be treated well.

Wish you speedy recovery

Thank you
