What Is The Remedy For Fever?

Hello, My 6 month old niece has been taken to the ER with a swollen, red, hot to touch left leg. Also running a fever. She has not been acting right all day and screams in pain when she moves to a different position. Just curious on what you might thing.

Hello,
It was advisable to seek medical care for this condition. From your description, her leg may be infected. An infection of skin tissue is called cellulitis and they may give her antibiotics to treat an infection.
