What Is The Remedy For Gastric Problem?

i am having gastric problem. Always I am facing problem in shitting. in morning i am going toilet may be 3,4 times for a clear stomach. and my stomach also paining at just right the naval reason and also paining just middle of chest.Sometimes i get head-ac.so pl give me advice for cure.

I really appreciate your concern for your problem but let me tell you that this is not the disease so can be cures this is normal phenomenon and some times this is included in habit but no need to worry about this, if your are not comfortable with this then you try to change the habit, take care and have a nice day.
