DOCTOR, I WAS UNDER MEDICAL TREATMENT FOR MANTRAL GASTRITIS AND TAKING PANTOCID TABLET 1 BEFORE FOOD AND 2 TABLETS AFTER FOOD AND SYRUP SUCRAFIL O GEL BEFORE FOOD.NOW I AM SUFFERING FROM HARD MOTION WITH BLOOD AND SUFFERING FROM ANAL FISTURE.CAN I HAVE THE REMEDY

Stop taking Sucrafil O . It causes Constipation . Drink plenty of water , eat more vegetables and non citrus fruits .
Inspite of doing these if you still feel constipated you can take Syrup Duphalac 10ml every night for few days .
Also you need to get examined by surgeon for for fissure and bleeding .
