What Is The Remedy For Intense Shooting Pain In Arm?

I've been having shooting arm pains for about 6 months. Its in the forearm and It starts randomly and is intense it only lasts between 20secs to about 2 mins ( longest) when it happens I can't real move my arm that much its pretty weak I just point it to the floor clench and squeeze with my other hand. It feels more inside the forearm not on the surface.

The pain you have seems to be due to shoulder joint involvement with clinched nerve.
Please consult an orthopedic doctor for examination, followed by investigations(Xray, MRI)& treatment accordingly.
