What Is The Remedy For Low Fever With Weight Gain And Auto Immune Diseases Considering I Am Gluten Intolerant?

I have been treated a month ago for h pylori and completed all meds. I have been running low grade fever for the past 6 months 99.7 to 100.1. I am nauseated off and on for the past mo. I have gained wt for no reason. I have several auto immune diseases and am gluten intolerant. What should I do? Have had blood work done and nothing shows.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The reason for continuous low grade pyrexia could be the tuberculosis, probably intestinal, or pulmonary, or may be secondary to the gluten intolarance.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and proteinrich foods to improve blood and resistance.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, wheat, barley and oily foods. Also avoid un timely foods.
I advise you to consult a gastro enterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.Thank you.
