General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I had gone through your question and i can understand your concern

Looking at your history chest could for a month could be related to any of following
chest infection due to bacteria viral or mycoplasma
tuberculosis
allergic reaction
COPD
asthma

I would advise you to visit a chest physician for clinical examination and battery of tests like CBC ESR sputum test and an X ray chest
meanwhile you can take decongestant like levocetirizine or montelukast and a cough syrup for symptomatic relief

do wrm saline gargles
Steam inhalation
cough lozenges
deep breathing exercises

hope this help you
good luck
