What Is The Remedy For Rashes With Itchiness?

Since 3 weeks I am having rashes problem which are itching and has become reddish and skin is getting peeled off between the testicles and the thigh on both sides. If I rub the irritation / itiching increases and the skin is getting peeled off . Also it is having very bad smell. This is the first time I had this problem. From the past one week I am using Neosporin ointment once a day in the morning after bath. The itiching reduces for a couple of days and again starts again. And there are red/white patches on testicles/between testicles and thigh which is very irritating. Can you suggest any medication.

Your problem is most likey yeast infection.For such condition i treat with miconazole or terbinafine ointment for local application and fluconazole tablet weekly once for 1 month to stop recurrance.For some i recommend ketoconazole containing talcum powder also.It is better to have a consultation with dermatologist to rule out the condition.Hope this may help you.
