What Is The Remedy For Shards Popping?
Recentley 6mos clean & smoked again, few days 2 wks ago & now the past 6days,less than a gram probably, im already known as a picker. The shards popping seem to be worse than than before, usually I pick em out & have to deal w/ pick marks, is there anything to do or use to soften them & I also pick my nails after scratching & pinching myself, any wash or soak to help painful fingertips?

I am sorry I did not understand the term 'shards popping'. Picking of nails and pinching yourself are behaviors which would have been present since childhood. You will have to approach a psychiatrist for behaviour therapy. There is no drug which can make you stop that.
