I had a open rash in the crease of my thigh and whiel recieving oral sex my partners saliva went all over it and vaginal discharge all over it a day later I have these 6 sore they look like white heads but are not they are more like sores they scab if I squeeze it and they are uncomfortable and sore what might they be?
The sores on thigh areas near vulva might be impetigo. It is a bacterial infection caused by staphylococci. Avoid oral sex. Take antibiotic like cefixime 200 mg twice a day with anti inflammatory drugs like nimesulide 200 mg for one to two weeks. Apply cream like sisomycine cream. Take Sitz bath..means keep the affected area in in a tub filled with water and few drops of dettol. Keep tharea dry. Improve immunity by immunoboosters. Improve hygiene.
