What Is The Remedy For Stiff Muscles When On Invega Sustenna And Consta?
I have stiff muscles after walking for 5 mins sometimes even less time than that i am taking invega sustenna and was on consta not to long ago i found both these medicines caused that it is troublesome as it makes my days hard i also have extensive weight gains from both these drugs

Excess weight is hard on your knees and causes arthritis. This causes spasm to the muscles around the joint and causes stiffness.
I would advice my patient to loss weight and strengthen the knee joint with regular physiotherapy and underwater exercises and swimming. This type of exercises will not trouble the joints.
