What Is The Remedy For The Heat Exhaustion Other Than Giving Hydrolytes?
Hi My partner is currently taking doxycycliney-yt 50mg. He was working outdoors today in the heat and sun of Brisbane and is feeling like he has heat exhaustion…? I have him in air con, drinking hydrolyte and resting. What else do you recommend? help… Tracey

The treatment regimen that you are currently using is appropriate- fluids, reduced temperature and rest. The fluid aspect would be the most important to replace any fluids that he has lost.
He should use either sports drinks (which would contain necessary electrolytes in addition to water) or oral replacement fluids.
