What Is The Remedy For The Numbness In Butt Cheeks Caused After Falling On The Hard Ground?

I fell on my bottom on hard ground last night and my left butt check is hard as a rock and very black and blue. Mostly numb I can sit OK and get up and down and walk. I think I am very lucky since a very big horse accidentally spoke and bolted in my direction. Cold or hot or both I feel like I am sitting on a rock on the left side.

HI . This looks to be hematoma , that is collection of blood. It is stretching the skin so one feels numb. Medicines do help. Normally most of the hematomas resolve on their own as healing is the property of body. Just watch out for increase in pain , fever or any other associated symptoms. These may need attention by a Doctor.
