What Is The Remedy For The Premenopausal Syndrome?

I am perimenopausal, I have constant nausea and fatigue. I am extremely sensitive to smells that make me more nauseous, what can I do to stop this?
I can't hardly work or function on a daily basis. I have other symptoms but these are the most concerning. I have been to several physicians without any success. What can I do?

Hi.
I've gone through your query and I can understand your anxiety.

Your presenting complaints could be due to Premenstrual syndrome.
The symptoms of PMS includes abdominal bloating & pain, sore breasts, food cravings, upset stomach, mood swings etc.

I advice you to do,
* YOGA
* Have salt restricted diet
* Avoid caffeine and alcohol
* capsule primosa once daily for 10days, if you are not pregnant. Have a consultation with your gynaecologist before taking this medicine

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
