What Is The Remedy For The Rash Between The Testicles And Anus?
I have a rash between my testicles and anus, it just started. I think it was from wearing a little tight jeans and being in my car selling all day yesterday. My wife put baby powder but is there something else I could try? Painful in a sensitive area

Thank you for posting on HCM.
From your description, it seems you have got intertrigo, a sort of infection due to bacteria and fungus.
I would suggest you a course of oral fluconazole for a week along with local application of mupirocin and sertaconazole cream.
Take oral antihistaminics to relieve itching.
Avoid tight undergarments and maintain hygiene.
