What Is The Remedy For The Running Nose, Cough And Sneezing With Headaches?

Hi, I am 25 years old, from last 10 years or more than that suffering from cold. I have prescribed by so many doctor finally one medicine montek-Lc works. But the demerit is that even if a single day if i forgot to take medicine then its gone, Suffering by running nose,cough,continuously sneezing and headache also.Please advise.

Since you are getting relief by taking Montec-LC, this is an anti allergic tab and as you stop it your allergic symptoms appears this indicates that you are contineusly in touch of allergen.
