Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Even after completion of treatment the clinical improvement may be there.
But widal will remain positive for a long time.
You may give paracetamol for the temporary relief of fever.
If no improvement, better consult your pediatrician.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
