Welcome to HCM

As she is a confirmed case of enteric fever and she has not responded to cephalosporins she will require next higher antibiotic quinolones.

If she is clinically stable and able to take orally well she can be treated at home.
Else better to get her admitted and preferentially intra venous route of ofloxacin is recommended.
