Hi white patches on the hands can be post inflammatory depigmentation or idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis or vitiligo.if the lesions are minute it is idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis which is only old age problem where is no treatment expect for some b complex supplementation.
If it is post inflammatory depigmentation or vitiligo it should be treated with placentrex ointment application in the morning and expose to sunlight for 15 minutes and tenovate ointment in the night along with trimop tablets in the morning and iron supplementation in the night
