General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
Well it is normal after a face trauma (even a minor one ) to experience headache and some dizziness.
I suggest to monitor her.If her head pain and dizziness get worse and she start having other symptoms such as drowsiness, weakness, seizures than I suggest to consult a physician and get a CT scan of head done to exclude possible injury.

Meanwhile she can use painkillers to relieve her headache like Ibuprofen.Paracetamol,Naproxen.
She need rest too.

Hope it helps.
Take care.
